Instant Gratification

I discovered Christmas tree needles in the detritus I just swept out of my living room. I apparently haven't cleaned floors since we took down the tree. Oops!

The great thing about cleaning infrequently is the instant gratification I get when I'm done. "Wow, I haven't seen that hair clip in WEEKS!" and "Wow! My house looks so CLEAN!"

I wouldn't get that great feeling if I cleaned more frequently.
